Terms & Conditions of Membership
All Members must agree to abide by the constitution. Failure to do so will result in the immediate cancellation of membership.
All membership application must be approved by the ACETA Board.
ACETA Membership is renewed annually.
General Members can elect to pay annually or quarterly.
Quarterly membership payments will be paid by automatic billing to a credit card. Please contact the office to organise this option if you wish to use it.
Each Member is obliged to pay the membership fee in order to maintain their membership of the association.
Should a Member fail to pay an Association account within the prescribed period, they shall at the discretion of the Board, cease to be a Member of the Association.
The membership fee policy shall be reviewed annually.
Any Member wishing to withdraw from the Association shall give not less than one month’s notice in writing to the President of their intention, and such notice will be accompanied by payment of any subscriptions, levies, fees and dues owing to the Association.
Privacy Policy
The company information submitted with membership application ie name, title, business contact information including physical address, email address and telephone number, will be displayed in the Members Directory unless otherwise directed by the member. All financial information including card transactions, account balances, transaction history and payment history will remain strictly confidential & will be destroyed upon cancellation of membership.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Annual membership subscriptions are non-refundable. Seven days’ notice must be given in writing to cancel tickets purchased for events and monies will be refunded within fourteen days.
