Fake product
These are all fake, to be the best of our knowledge, and were spotted in Australia.
Fake Neutrik Powercon. August 2015
The plug breaks if you twist it the wrong way to lock it in place or keep turning once it's locked. Not much pressure is needed to break it either. The earth was stripped when we opened the plug on two out of five cables. Of five leads purchased the plastic separating the mains connectors was bent and stressed, This appears to be caused by screwing the connector together during assembly. As this would have only been done once then the quality of the plastic is suspect. Bought from an Australian eBay store.

Definitely not a Shure
Fake JBL speakers. January 2015.
Offered for sale on eBay, but removed when Jands, the Australian importer for JBL, reported a trademark violation. The listing now says "...ended by seller because there was an error in the listing." Perhaps the power handling might have been the problem .. or the model number which was never used by JBL.
