​We all understand and appreciate that our employees and the teams they form are the way that things get done in any business. However, taking a group of independently skilled and experienced people and creating teams within an organisation that effectively merges their talents to release productive energy and creativity as well as improving performance, loyalty needs careful input from leaders and business owners. Cultures need to be built, nurtured and constantly reinforced if they are going to be sustainable. In this session we will look at some of the tips and techniques used by businesses to identify current culture trends and behaviours, resource and shape the building productive cultures and actively engage employees and owners in maintaining these in the long term.
