An issue raised by many non-members, was the desire to become an ACETA member and the desire to pay the early bird convention delegate fee, which expires on the 31st December 2017. We can meet your needs, if you wish to join do it now by lodging your application here. Then send your annual membership fee and the board will consider all applications at a specially convened on-line board meeting early in December. In this regard, you will meet the early bird convention delegate fee criteria and also receive 13 months membership for the price of twelve, your membership will commence with acceptance (early in December 2017) until the 31st December 2018.
As the survey revealed there are many small enterprises operating in our local industry and this includes not only manufacturers, but manufacturers’ representatives and service providers. Many have inquired about changing their circumstances in the desire to progress. Aside from the many facets of personal and corporate development that will be addressed at the convention in May next year, a seminar, led by an independent expert, will look at corporate change including sale and acquisition, amalgamation and resource sharing. Judging by feedback this could be a popular presentation. In addition, the City of Wangaratta will present the many benefits of re-location to their region, which includes a much lower operational cost base than capital cities.
