We are aware of hitting your in-box regularly in the lead up to the inaugural convention, which gets under way in exactly one week from today, however many have requested to be kept up- dated and we have a responsibility to inform, this is the most effective way to do so. In this final pre-convention communication, we present new information along with an attendance profile.
Give or take a few stragglers, it seems about 40 individuals will participate in the convention seminar/workshop program. Many will be accompanied by partners and given other interested parties we should see somewhere around 70 individuals in the ballroom on Saturday night for the inaugural dinners dance. Almost all delegates, presenters and partners are attending the opening plenary followed by the civic welcome, and it is important to also support ACETA by attending the Annual General Meeting at the seminar conclusion on Saturday afternoon, yes you will have time to put your feet up before they hit the dance floor.
It has been mentioned previously and many have sent reminders, but yes there will indeed be a special wine buying opportunity after the plenary on Friday the 4th May that will conclude at 5.00pm whereby you will be able to chat with the winemakers at Morrisons of Glenrowan who have assembled two promotional 6 packs of their excellent wines that are valued at $125.00 per pack, but offered at a special ACETA price of $90.00 per pack. Follow this link for wine offer details. These 6 packs will available to collect immediately, providing you with tasting material for the duration of the convention.
There will be resource material distributed at a number of the seminars, however it is recommended you attend with a notepad and pen. That’s all for now and we look forward to being together in Wangaratta.
Limited last minute registrations are available and can be made here.
