As one industry leader stated, “this is more than an industry convention, it is an industry summit, because the program not only facilitates personal and corporate development but provides a forum to rectify common challenges and discover opportunity”. Following this wise insight, we offer what will most likely be the last promotion and booking reminder in the lead up to the inaugural industry convention in May 2018. From here our focus is to fine tune all aspects of the diverse program and ensure delivery of a rewarding seminar, workshop, networking and social event experience, that will establish a template and benchmark for future conventions. Therefore, it is in your interest to consider the following.
It is realised we needed to push back the early bird delegate fee registration deadline to the 31st January 2018, this has been requested by many as a result of the recent end of year pressures, where many couldn’t get around to it, but can do so now. However, this is it for the subsidised fees, there can be no more extensions, although you can register after this date at the normal delegate fee schedule. Therefore, if you are attending the convention and wish to take advantage of the early bird delegate fee, please register all your attending team members before the 31st January 2018. The convention presents a strong personal development component and we encourage members to consider sending up and coming management team members, as a component of the convention is aimed at helping develop the next generation leadership of your company and our industry.
The Confirmed Convention Program along other Important Information
The global borderless trading and e-Commerce reality is presenting a significant challenge to the bona-fide Australian entertainment technology supply and service industry. However, it can also negatively impact consumers who acquire systems, devices and services that are not covered by warranty, are not effectively serviced or supported, are non-compliant with Australian law, and devoid of product and public liability insurance protection.

Helping Prepare You, Your Company and Your Industry for the Future
The Ground-breaking Peak Industry Event
The inaugural convention is the first time in the long history of Australian entertainment technology, that all industry sectors will convene in a non-commercial environment for social interaction, personal, corporate and industry development, to explore the business landscape of the future and be inspired. From the outset, it was clear the most productive program would feature an appropriate balance of work and play and that is exactly what is planned, the optimum networking environment.
