Sentiments are common throughout the industry presenting the opportunity for a unified approach, whilst there are some who think or hope leaders and leadership just happen as a matter of course, most know it requires recognition, planning and training. If we don’t encourage, inspire and educate, we will consign our businesses and industry to mediocrity at best, and an unfulfilled work-force, but first let’s set the scene with an observation.
