Taking place on Wednesday the 16th November 2016, this free webinar is exclusive to bona-fide ACETA members and associate members, will be presented by Employsure, Australia’s leading expert in the field of workplace relations. You can join a group or participate in the privacy of your office, presentation time will be 45 minutes followed by question and answer. The subject matter will cover your workplace responsibilities as an employer, addressing all aspects of workplace legislation, therefore participants should be the business owner or the company leader (CEO, MD). Appending a value to such a program is difficult, however it may possibly save you and your staff significant time, money and unimaginable grief.

The ACETA ‘Leadership Mentoring’ Program is Launched initially as a Pilot
Taking place on Tuesday the 29th November 2016, ACETA presents a unique personal and corporate development program, that will examine the core qualities which define and drive effective leadership. The program is focussed on eliminating the barriers which undermine potential and will benefit those who grasp opportunity with both hands. Conducted in an empowering environment, this program will address the fears and insecurities that limit us. This aspirational ACETA initiative will be experienced in a humanist, non-confronting setting.
The four module one-day program will address three requisite qualities desirable for effective leadership by studying a particular relative skill,
- Communication-public speaking
- Organisation-productive meeting, and
- Effectiveness-time management.

The Imminent Launch of the ACETA ‘Members Guide’
The ACETA Members Guide offers members a full page and associate members half a page to present their credentials to the world. The Members Guide will be presented on-line, giving exposure to the bona-fide membership who have publically committed to compliant, safe and ethical trading behaviour. Technology acquirers will use it as a guide to establish probity and a desirable supply chain of goods and services, whilst off shore manufacturers will use it to identify suitable local representatives and local manufacturers should present in a manner that attracts international interest. Members and associate member are now being asked to submit content which can include a corporate, product and services overview, contact details etc., bearing in mind the publication will be used as a powerful marketing tool and an aid to establish probity. A member/associate member will be instantly removed from the Members Guide in the event of non-compliance with any membership criteria. If you are a member or associate it is vital you submit your content no later than the 30th November 2016, if you don’t you will not be included and will have to wait for the second revision.
